Dear Roosevelt Community,
Welcome to the new 2024-2025 school year! Our school is delighted to have your family join our vibrant school community. I am pleased to introduce myself as the Community Schools Case Manager. As a Community Schools Case Manager, I will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and staff to identify and address any barriers to student success by integrating the four pillars of Community Schools:
- Integrated Support Services
- Family and Community Engagement
- Collaborative Leadership Practices
- Extended Learning Opportunities
During the last school year, we were able to:
- Establish a Community School Advisory Council
- Partner with businesses for school incentives
- Coordinate resources for student and family success
